We're led by

Meaghan Timko, M.S., BCBA

Chief Operating Officer

Meaghan has spent nearly 20 years guiding families through autism, ADHD, and other developmental challenges. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst since 2005, she understands the struggles of complex behaviors that leave parents feeling lost.

What makes her different is how deeply she listens — she partners with you to create solutions that actually work in your real, messy, beautiful life. Having worked in this field since before insurers even acknowledged ABA, she knows the fears families face and has built caring connections with local schools and doctors who truly get it.

Meaghan sees your whole family and genuinely believes in your child’s potential.

How we work

01

As they are

We meet each child where they’re at — honoring who they are today, while helping them grow into who they’re becoming.
02

Their way

Every child’s path is different — and that’s exactly how it should be. We move at their pace, building one win at a time.
03

Right here

Rooted in your community, we truly care about the families we serve. You’re not just a case — you’re part of our world.

What drives us

We listen first

Before we plan anything, we listen and understand your family’s world.

We never stop learning

Experience has taught us to keep questioning what works best.

We lift each other up

Strong team = stronger support for your family.

We tell the truth

About timelines, progress, everything. You deserve that.

We see every win

The small moments often matter most.

Frequently asked questions about ABA therapy

The questions we hear most often from families, and their answers.

Honestly? It might look a lot like play. You'll see our therapists building with blocks, blowing bubbles, or working on puzzles — but there's always intention behind it. We're working on turn-taking, following directions, or communication skills, tailored to your child's interests, attention span and energy level.

Every child's journey is different — some families see changes in six months, others work with us for several years. We're constantly evaluating progress and working toward the day when you feel confident handling things on your own.

Most insurance plans do cover ABA therapy. We handle all the paperwork and insurance verification. We'll check your specific benefits and let you know exactly what to expect before we start.

We track detailed data and share regular updates with you, so you'll always know exactly where things stand. But the truth is, many parents notice it in everyday moments — maybe your child asks for help instead of having a meltdown, or starts playing near their sibling, when they once preferred to be alone.

Your child's personality, their spark, their quirks that make them uniquely them — those aren't going anywhere. We're not here to make your child fit into someone else's idea of "normal." We're here to help them communicate better, feel less frustrated, and gain skills that open up their world.

The next success story could be yours.

Let’s make it happen together.
